Return Request Period:
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
  
  

• All original tags and/or packaging (including the bag) must be intact.
  
  

• The customer must complete and submit the return request form provided by our customer service team.
  
  

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are to be covered entirely by the customer.

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our office in Las Vegas and meets the stated return conditions, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 7 days. Refunds will be processed via PayPal, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
